Got upcoded - it damaged my clinical record . Am I just fucked forever ? (Serious ) need help

I went to group therapy and got upcoded billed as the h2036 code - residential rehab . And my insurance was billing $3500 a session rather than 200 a day

I called my insurance and they aren’t helpful at all . And the therapist won’t change it .

So , I feel like I’m screwed with my medical records permanently damaged and my insurability fucked

And it’s not something the police care about , I’ve been calling dozens of attorneys. And I’ve gotten no where

I’m about to give up and just accept the upcoding and the higher insurance cost . It’s so fucked up

If a single person out there could help me , it would mean a lot .
