need help nyc

Im physically disabled and receiving SSI ($600). Im about to become homeless with my mother (who is my caretaker) and my minor sister because my stepfather stopped paying rent and is leaving. What can i do? I looked up homebases for help but the reviews are all saying they don't help until youre homeless.and I need to figure out something asap
