Ticket #12704405 - Waiting 15 days for human response (Old ban from 2021)

"Hi,

I'm posting because I've been waiting for 15 days for a response to my ticket #12919684. My original ban for 'Multiple Accounts' is from 2021 (over 3 years ago). I have changed my hardware twice since then.

I finally received an automated response today that looks like a bot macro, claiming I am 'evading' a ban. I am not evading anything; I followed the rules and waited way longer than the required 6 months before returning to the platform.

Can a human agent please look at the dates and manually review my case? I just want to play on my current account (xloal) legally.
