What are your favorite Droids in Star Wars?

For me I've always kind of liked Droidekas, but I also like a lot of the features from Astro-Droids. Being able to hack terminal and magnetizes to surfaces is a strong bonus and droid could use. I kind of like how compact and mobile Buzz Droids are, but I'm not the biggest fan of the spherical shell they have. Mr. Bones kind of makes me think a B1 Battle Droid would be a solid partner with a little work put into them.
