How can I insert the voices of my friends into videos and clips

For context I call my friends through discord on my PlayStation and I been wondering how I could put their voices in the clips so I looked into it and found that they have to turn on a setting to allow their voices to be heard in videos but that’s for people on PlayStation so how can I get my friends to get their voices in the clips from discord.
