GPU utilization and temp question

Hello. I am currently trying to help a friend understand his gpu utilization % and temp and i am not 100% knowledgeable so i can only give him the info i find when i google which may not be accurate so i am hoping someone here can help me.

He has a Gforce RTX 5060 ti 16gb video card and most of his games his utilization is around 20-40% (he does not always run on max graphics) and he runs with vsync on and his temps will vary between 45c to 61c.

For his video card what is the max temp he should start to worry (both idle and underload) and what should his gpu utilization be at

He recently tryied playing gta 5 with vsync off and his fps was around 300 with a gpu temp of 65c and utilization of 98%, is that normal aswell?

Just incase you need his full spec he is running an intel i7-14700 KF

32gb ddr5 ram

1tb nvme ssd and a 1tb sata ssd
