Is level 5 in ICAO English really enough for the experienced atcs positions ?

Hello, I hope everyone is doing good.

I hold a level 5 in ICAO english and I m wondering if level 6 makes any difference because I can study for it and try to get it before the application closes... Any ideas if it really makes a difference or no ? Any tips or advices will be greatly appreciated. Thank you !
