The Celtics are peaking at the perfect time, why is there negativity today?

Even thought today’s game wasn’t pretty, the Celtics were able to dominate the 4th quarter and pull away beating the raptors 35-24 in the quarter.

Since the Thunder game, the Celtics have an Offensive Rating of 126.0 and a Defensive rating of 113.1. Over that 7 game period, the Celtics have wins over OKC, ATL, Charolette, Miami, and Toronto. 5 teams who will all play post season basketball.

Tatum during that stretch is at 24/12/8 and 1.8 steals on 58.1% true shooting. He’s also shooting 39% from 3 on 8.5 attempts a game.

Jaylen is averaging 31/6/6 and 1.4 steals on 57.4% true shooting.

Neemy is at 15/9/3 and 2.3 blocks on 74.8% true shooting

But there’s still people on the sub complaining about Jaylen tunnel vision or Tatum’s shot selection? They are playing their best basketball all year against really good competition and re-acclimating Tatum?

I have been so much lower on this team until this last stretch than most people, but I can’t imagine still being that low or even frustrated with the way they’ve looked after the past few weeks. This is clearly the favorite in the east, and I think we have as good of a shot as anyone to win it all.
