Need Advice on 3.3 Banner, is Chisa a must pull?

I need some advice on whether to pull for chisa. Im definitely going to pull for Hiyuki and pretty set on pulling for Denia as well. The only character thats bothering me is Chisa. Is chisa the final Bis teammate for the aemeath’s fusion burst team, assuming that there won’t be a replacement for Chisa in the future. Im planning to pair hiyuki up with lynae and S1 moryne until Lucilla and her assumed 3rd glacio support but theres no confirmation or leaks regarding Aemeath’s final fusion burst teammate. Maybe Chisa is the final member? Im torn between skipping her for a future replacement for aemeath’s fusion burst teammate but later regretting it if Chisa is the final member or pulling her since she is hiyuki’s and Aemeath’s BiS character at release. If I dont pull Chisa, my Aemeath and Denia are going to be homeless without a 3rd BiS teammate as Moryne is with Hiyuki for the time being. (I have shorekeeper but shes with sigrika and qiuyan). Any advice would be great 👍

Also another thing to note, I dont know whether or not Hiyuki will be getting a dedicated 3rd Glacio BiS. Assuming that Chisa is Aemeath’s final fusion BiS, Chisa would also be Hiyuki’s BiS. Chisa as of right now shows to have greater synergy with Aemeath’s fusion burst, her stacking of fusion burst is more powerful than Hiyuki’s glacio chafe. Her max Glacio chafe stacks doesnt really affect her kit. If Chisa is BiS for both Aemeath’s and Hiyuki’s, then essentially one team is crippled without a dedicated support. This leads me to assume that maybe there will be a 3rd Glacio member for Hiyuki and the only confirmed character coming in the future that has been rumored to be Hiyuki’s final member is Suisui. Take this with a grain of salt, Suisui might not have any relevance to Hiyuki and might be Yangyang’s BiS or maybe Hiyuki’s last slot can be reserved for Shorekeeper or Mornyne idk. Any suggestions would be great
