Wreck on Silas Creek 4/4 12:45 PM

Anybody happen to catch a wreck either visually or on dashcam/anything yesterday afternoon on Silas Creek coming from University around 12:45 PM? My sister was involved in a hit and run. She claims they essentially -what sounds to me like- pit maneuvered her (not sure if it was intentional) and she rotated 360 degrees and was left facing oncoming traffic.
