academic transcript requirement

Hello, I can’t seem to find any answers to my questions as I’m really wondering until what extent of years the academic transcripts are required to be submitted for MEXT. I live in the Philippines and have only requested for my Senior Highschool documents(year 11-12)for now. Do you think I’ll also need to request for lower years(it would be Junior Highschool year 7-10)?
