Are There Aftermarket Headers That Have More Distance Between the Pipes?

Rode a '23 recently to bring it to someone and liked it very much. First Euro 4/5 era bike I've considered buying. I know the headers are loved by many, but they look so ugly to me that it'd be the last hurdle. I looked online at aftermarket pipes and couldn't find any that separates the pipes. Is there one? Am I being silly getting hang up on this?
