What EReaders have Text-To-Speech?

I would prefer something with either a headphone jack or a USBC with audio capabilities but I know some have Bluetooth.

I'm a little lost since very little reviews focus on this.

I usually use android apps with Text-To-Speech so it doesn't have to be built in, it can just run android.

I was wondering if anyone else had some more knowledge on this. Or is this just a drying requirement at this point?
