Anyone in Ontario having a hard time dealing with the temperature and humidity swings this spring?

How is everyone managing with these insane temperature and humidity swings this spring? I have viral induced asthma, rarely need my preventative puffer but my airways are getting irritated with this back and forth winter/spring weather, 20°one day, -1 the next. I hate breaking out the preventative daily puffer unless absolutely necessary. No matter how careful I am, I always end up with oral thrush.
