$59K out the door for 2025 Acura MDX?

2025 Acura MDX SH-AWD Advance Package less than 10 miles. I was told out the door price for $59k. I think they are going to try to make their money on the financing terms of over 6% for 72 months but I have the cash to pay off early. is this a good deal?
