Embracing CoF as a differentiator

One of the things that makes Last Epoch different from other games is the CoF faction, or just the general concept of a SSF type game mode with boosted drop rates.

This should be further embraced by solving the last two annoying SSF finds.

1. Allow for a favorited affix lens to target farm more specific gear. 1a. If this is too strong, consider a type of affix option, defensive, offensive, skill, etc.

2. Target farm rare idols 2a. This is the worst part of playing CoF right now, the rare idols are just way too rare and should be further boosted in CoF.
