The Witches & The First Cookies

I'm no Cookie Run lore expert, but something has been confusing me a bit relating to the First Witches Coven & First Cookies.

!Before the release of CRWC, the preregistration personality test showed us 16 different witches: Logic, Perseverance, Insight, Ingenuity, Efficiency, Equability, Imagination, Observation, Improvisation, Happiness, Curiosity, Aspiration, Order, Loyalty, Harmony, & Accomplishment.!<
!The 16 Personality Witches all had associated cookies, with the Witch of Accomplishment being connected to First Cream Cookie.!<
!However, in the story of WC, we are introduced into the 12 First Witches, turned into the 12 First Cookies, and the 13th Witch of Light, who turned into First Cream Cookie. !<
!If First Cream Cookie is also 13th Witch of Light and also The Witch of Accomplishment, which 'Personality Witch' is associated with each of the First Witches/Cookies? What happened to the other 3?!<
