Where to learn electrical

Hey guys so recently i became a maintenance technician and its going pretty well. I work in food manufacturing and deal with pumps, motors and conveyors a lot. Ever once in a while an electrical issue will pop up and thats where i am stuck. Mechanically im pretty strong but when it comes to troubleshooting something inside the control panels im stumped(theres is easily over 60+ control panels in the building)

My question where did yall learn besides school? Ive been watching a lot of youtube but it doesnt answer my real specific questions when i get them.
