Nervous/Anxious for TV Ultrasound tomorrow

I have a transvaginal ultrasound tomorrow ordered by my dr. I know its early (5wk5days) but the note on the order was bc of "abnormal HCG" though I googled it and saw that my hcg levels aren't abnormally high. It is doubling a bit faster than norm (34 hours).

It looks like there were possibly 2 sacs at an ultrasound (on profile) I got w my fiance at a boutique place. I am on the edge of my seat as to see if its twins. It would be quite a financial strain and huge suprise
