Timing chain jumped while replacing.
I'm replacing the timing chain on my 2.4l Ecotec. The chain jumped a couple teeth when I removed the tensioner. How much hot water am I in? Can I spin the sprockets to match the 6:00 crank mark with the 10:00 and 2:00 cam marks with the colored links on the chain like it's supposed to be? I'm a little confused since I was already at TDC when it jumped and the marks are at 6:00 (crank), 5:00 (exhaust) and 8:30 (intake). Is there a different TDC I can get on cyl 1 if I keep spinning the crank that would give me a closer marker trinity to what it's supposed to be?
