What are middle school boys wearing these days?

Ok so kind of a random question, but my son has been going to a school with uniforms for several years. He is starting 7th next year at a regular public school (AISD) and I don’t know what clothes to get him. Middle school can be a hard time to be the new kid and I want him to fit in. What are middle school boys wearing? Can I take him to Kohls?
