Stomach pain after eating

My surgery was 2/27, ever since intermittently I’ve had awful pain in my stomach after eating . I almost describe it as trapped gas. Gas pills relieve me a little bit. I take a digestive enzyme before eating. It’s enough to make me curl up in a ball. I usually end up vomiting up whatever didn’t agree or make myself sleep it off. I am breastfeeding a baby and need calories. Eggs and toast even upset me. Is it worth trying to see GI??
