Looking for apartment for rent - 2 young drs

Hello! My roommate and I (both 27F) are moving to Sherwood park for work June 1 and are currently looking for a rental place.

Ideal place would be:

• 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 baths
• 1 year lease starting June 1, 2026
• As close to 450 Ordze Rd as possible
• <$2000\

Any leads or advice or suggestions would be appreciated!
