Planned parenthood appointment question

Hi. When I requested an in-person appointment at Planned Parenthood's website, the system only allowed me to choose one option. I need two things, but only marked one because of the system's limitations AND wrote in the comment field the two things I need (STI test and contraception pill).

Are they really limited to ONLY ONE request per appointment (so either STI test or pill in my case) Or is it just a web system's design limitation?
