Quote for dent on car

I got quoted almost $1800 to fix a minor dent on my driver side door. Happened because someone rammed their door into my car stripping the paint with it too. Caliber quoted me this and my insurance deductible is $1000 so need advice on if this is too much since the paint did strip away or should I start looking into other options?
