Does this headache sound tmj related to you?

I have been in pain for more than 24 hours now, and I've had this for like 4 days constantly last week. it's absolutely horrible. It starts from the temples but mostly my left one and it spreads to the sides of my head but especially MY UPPER TEETH!! they hurt so much!

It hurts terribly I have a high pain tolerance and still started crying because of how bad it was. paracetamol helps only a liiittle bit it never goes away with anything not even magnesium.

I had issues with my jaw popping and sometimes waking up to a locked jaw or once at my orthodontist I couldn't close my mouth it got stuck after they removed the mouth spreader. I thought maybe my braces contributed to this? I have no idea.

Who should I see for it? It got so bad 2 hours ago I went to the ER but again they just gave me paracetamol after checking my vitals and saying they can't do much (and that I was too young for this. I'm 21)

Is there anything that could help with this headache at all! it feels like a brain tumor.
