Snakebite and Serpent Form should be Slither by default

The Silent has two interesting cards that are in both a little expensive for what they do and both snake themed: Snakebite and Serpent Form. In the latest beta patch, Mega Crit is also experimenting with inherently enhanced cards, specifically for the Silent.

Based on this, I think a good balance and fun change would be to have these cards have the Slither enhancement (cards cost 🐍) by default. It would make these cards more balanced (Serpent Form may need to do slightly less damage) and more exciting to use. Being already enhanced is itself a bit of a nerf, as these cards them cannot be further enhanced. Snecko costs also play with the Silent's discard abilities, as you can always toss a card if it's too expensive.
