Non-cheese Saturn push

The ayys in Saturn have ~40 dread/titans + 20-30 smaller.

Is there a no cheese way to win? i.e X number of real titans and dreads + 200 crappy escorts to fight the ayys 3:1.

I guess I would need to at least match their fleet size, as there is no fleet comp that can 1:2 the ayys?
