Where could I live that would feel like Night City from Cyberpunk?

Now before you jump to your keyboard to lecture me on how terrible Night City is, let me say that I obviously don't actually want to live in Night City. I'm just looking for a place that has certain characteristics that Night City happens to have.

I've only ever lived in small cities my whole life. Even the biggest city in my state really isn't very big. I've found that what little exposure I've had to major cities has really piqued my interest. It seems like there's just so much to do and see. I want to go somewhere I can leave my apartment and walk around and just take in the sights, slip into a cool shop or business and kill an hour or two, or just in general be able to leave home and easily find something to do, rather than having to have a specific destination and activity in mind before getting in the car and driving 10-20 minutes over there.

Night City seems to have the kind of environment I'm looking for. It all seems so stimulating and exciting, obviously ignoring the bad elements of NC.

I've been to Japan before and absolutely loved it. I honestly feel homesick feelings for it at times. It was nice being able to walk and see so many things without having to get in a car and drive. I doubt the feasibility of myself ever living there though, so I was curious if anyone could speak on cities in the U.S. that have the walkable, bustling city vibes I'm looking for. I've thought a lot about Seattle, it seems to check quite a few of the boxes, but I've never been there, so I couldn't know for sure.

Anyway, these are just some thoughts I've been having, if anyone could give me some advice on this, it would be much appreciated!!
