apartment searching (any input helps)!

hey y'all! i'm moving to columbus in a few months and i've started looking for apartments to rent. my budget is $1,300 (hopefully) and i'm looking at grandview heights or short north. below are some of the apartments i've seen online, but i would love people's opinions:

• Midpoint East at GVX 
• Southern Station
• The Quinn Apartments

honorable mentions:

• The Thomas at GVX
• Park Monroe
• Green|House Short North
• The Residences at The Sutton
• Valencia on High

i should also probably mention that i'm unable to tour these places in person until end of may, and i plan on moving to cbus the month after. i'd appreciate any input anybody has, especially since i'm not in ohio yet! thank you!! :))
