Dealing with Grief

It has been three weeks since my precious dog, Dug crossed the rainbow bridge. The grief has hit me tremendously while at work and at home. Of the three weeks and two days, there has only been one day where I did not cry. I am a mess and trying to feed, clothe, and bathe myself so that my family doesn’t get worried. But the crying doesn’t stop, or the sadness. I miss him everyday and sometimes will disappear to cry on my own or cry in the car. My emotions are affecting various aspects of my life. How have you all been dealing with grief? I would appreciate any and all tips. Thank you.
