Breeding project

As the title says, I’m starting a breeding project. Originally, I was going to do a carnival themed (different species w/ bright colors, and maybe some with a more muted/dark color for a “dark carnival” type thing). But now I’m questioning. I bred a Friesian that looks like a dandelion. Should I breed wildflower themed horses?? It might be difficult to do horses that look like/have the color scheme of different wildflowers, but it would be a lot more unique. If I did, would anyone buy them?? (Depending on the flower + time/effort, they may be higher priced I apologize. I was thinking maybe 5-10k range)
