What to do with excess cash?

I have a decent chunk of cash just sitting in a money market fund.

I've maxed my Roth IRA and HSA, contribute a % to my 401k to get max employer match. What is next?

Should I be maxing out my 401k? And after that just invest the rest in a brokerage account? How do I know how much cash to keep vs invest?
