Force Jump Broken

Is anyone else losing the ability to force jump after the latest patch. I have plenty of spirit and I can use focus and force punch but when I try to force jump it just makes a noise like I am out of spirit. I’ve saved and reloaded which has worked a few times but now it is just totally gone no matter which save file I load up?
