I just beat Klonoa 1 & 2 (Phantasy Reverie). I have thoughts.

Good stories. Great presentation. But maybe I'm just bad: Did anyone else have alot of trouble with these games? I didn't walk into this series expecting it to be a precision platformer but it seems to be in my opinion. Also, while we're here: Are the future games also as difficult or unforgiving? I didn't ever game over but losing a life instantly to a bottomless pit and getting sent packing to the checkpoint is a big setback for what I assumed to be a casual children's game. Alot closer to the difficulty of games like Crash than Sonic. Still, I liked it well enough.
