Opinions on The Avery

Hello! I'm looking for opinion on living in The Avery. The reviews I found in the subreddit so far are a little old so I'm looking for more recent opinions. I'm only looking to lease for one semester and I'm not a huge cook so the small kitchen doesn't really bother me. I'd be looking to live alone in a studio and I want opinions on the actual quality of living there. How is security? How are the amenities? Is only 2 washer/2 dryers per floor a problem? How is management? I'd appreciate any insight. Thanks!
