Is something you know sampled?

I was listening to “i follow you” by Melody’s Echo Chamber and thought the beginning Sounded a lot like “something you know” by Blood Orange.

I looked it up and I follow you came out 10 years before something you know, so it’s possible Devonté Hynes sampled it but I couldn’t find anything about it online.
