Fatigue with long-term treatment

I’m 33yo and am taking lanreotide for over 5yrs now. My tumors are stable and my overall prognosis looks good.

In the beginning, the injections had extreme side effects, vomiting, nausea, migraines, muscle spasms, sometimes vertigo, that lasted a couple days after the shot. The symptoms have lessened greatly over the years, but I find that my general energy levels have continued to drop. It is worse after my injections- I can sleep for nearly two days after my shot. But I have a level of exhaustion all the time that I don’t think is common for someone my age. I wonder if other experience this with long-standing treatment?
