Anyone get spotting or long light periods from Spiro?

the last few weeks I have been taking the med at inconsistent times (100mg). I can’t figure out if this is due to new lifestyle changes or just being on Spiro or me not taking Spiro at the same time every day. I’m going on day 11 on very light flow / spotting. Anyone been there before?
