Looking to get a deep plane facelift in NYC with fat grafting from a physician who can work with filler. Please recommend someone to me.

I had a surgeon in mind and he crushed my hope. He told me I would have to take over a month to delete the filler that's been in my face for decades in order to have fat grafting. I just can't do that. I can handle a week before surgery, but I can't take months of looking like a freak. I know some doctors use ultrasound to find filler in the face to dissolve and would be willing to work with me on this and would be able to give me fat grafting.

Please let me know if you have had any experiences like this or know a physician who will work with this.
