Your experience with finding a job in Hamilton lately?

I'm a long time Hamiltonian and I've been looking for a job, any job. I have a bachelor's degree. I am good at interviewing, not that it matters, because I don't get any for the hundreds of jobs I apply for. I adjust my resume to suit each job. I write good cover letters (and never use AI to do it for me). Am I missing something? Is anyone else feeling like there are no jobs? Has the process been long, fruitless, and disheartening for anyone else?
