Portuguese song with I have a dream speech?

I was in Portugal recently and I remember hearing this song playing at a restaurant. I can’t remember if it had lyrics or not or if the song was even a Portuguese song, but the only lyrics I remember were of a woman singing “ohh” throughout the song. Somewhere during the song the music cut out and the real audio of MLK’s “I have a dream” speech played and then the music came back. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.
