favorite shoes while barefoot?

I've been in a bit of a shoe slump lately - like, my collection is decent but feels a little stale. What's your go-to barefoot shoe that just makes you feel fancy even if you're just grabbing groceries? For me it’s gotta be something that makes my feet look elegant but still lets me feel like I could outrun a bus if needed.
