Lost LTO Issue Platenumber

Problem/Goal: Im curious has anyone tried acquiring plates with the same design sa released plate? What are your experiences? Madalas maTagal din kasi sila magrelease ng duplicate eh.

Context: I recently lost my mc plate number and currently about to process of filing a blotter on it and getting an improvised plate.

Previous Attempts: i tried inquiring on online shops sa fb about this particular design. Meron ako nakitang available but most ay di sila gumagawa ng same design ng sa LTO kasi bawal talaga yun.
