Blackened tooth roots. Fml

Have to schedule a dentist appointment tonight! And stop putting it off.

Have 4 on bottom left showing blackened roots and 2 upper. Anything I should be doing extra than I am trying to do?!

Brushing more regularly. I'm shit at remembering.

Flossing more than I have been.

Is there a better mouthwash I could use.

AND STOP FUCKING SMOKING.

Need to rebuild enamel but the underlying issue is there...

I dont know anything..
