Weather in early May

How will be weather in early may? I am planning 4 days trip just for a staycation; i am planning to book nice resort and just enjoy hospitality for a change from my hectic work schedule; where i am only planning to go outside during sunset time.

Is it advisable to come or shall i check for some other venues ?
