People are downloading, they are even converting to paid users, but no one’s giving me feedback.

Help. How do I get feedback? I started off with a waitlist and when I launched my app mid March I emailed everyone on the list that I launched and that I’d love feedback. I received a few generic comments since then over email and social media about how the app has been helpful or they’ve been enjoying using it but that’s it. I was hoping to get some more detailed feedback and I just don’t know how to. I also made it clear to my initial waitlist they would use extended free access for being early users. But in response I haven’t really gotten anything back.

For everyone else I’ve implemented a paywall, about 65% of people that got the free trial are converting to paid users after the trial ran out. But for everyone I’m losing I just have no idea why. And I have no idea how to get it. I personally dislike review pop ups and never leave reviews when that does happen. Plus my app is kinda unique so at the time people would be using it, it would be really annoying to get a review pop up. Instead I just have the review link in one page of the app. I have 2k downloads in <3 weeks and no feedback.

Curious if anyone has any ideas or suggestions. I don’t know how I can possibly improve a product if I am not able to gather feedback.

I can’t even post on my target audience’s relevant reddit subs because they don’t allow “promotional” posts with links.
