I caught up to the one piece anime

So I am a english dub anime olny watcher and I finished watching episode 1155 today and that honestly was a really bad decison since I watch by arcs. so now i have to wait atleast 2 years maybe more just to watch one arc since they are slowing down the pacing.

this is the third time this happend to me.

the first time was after zou there was more episodes out at that point but not the full whole cake island arc so i stoped watching for a while. the second time was when i finished wano. I decided to wait 6 months (because of the hiatus) then rewatch one piece while watcing 50 eps worth of shows after every arc pre timeskip and it still only took me a year (in which i could not really watch it in july and agust since i had guest over) to not only to get back to wano but finish egghead. on top of all of this i have been going to school, swimming lessons (once a week) and skating lessons. and for the first semseter i had homework everyday (from sep-feb) .

i honestly wish they would go back to realseing 40-45 eps per year since the animation they had since whole cake was good enough and the content is way more importent. (plus i wont have to wait as long )
