Norwegian Population

Hello everyone,

I am playing Norway in my current campaign and I’ve colonized most of North America and the entire Caribbean, but my population has capped out at around 870,000 and has not risen in like 100 years. It’s about 1560.

I’ve tried building a ton of irrigation and granaries, but that hasn’t really helped.

Anyone have suggestions?
