Baby is sick

My baby has pink eye and the beginning stages of pneumonia I just feel so guilty I didn’t take her to the doctor sooner. I only took her to the doctor bc my husband got diagnosed with pink eye and said I should probably get our daughter checked out. I thought her runny nose and slight cough she’s had for about a week or so was allergies. People say women have a natural mother instinct but I feel like I have failed here
